Products on sale, discounted items, or those purchased with a coupon or gift voucher are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please carefully check the size chart for sale products.

In case you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please inform us within a first day of receiving the order at email@kapasvaas.com and return it to us with your order number. Upon receipt, we will send you a replacement. Some items are “Made to Order,” and their return and exchange policy is clearly stated on the product page.

We do not provide refunds/returns on sold products. However, we offer exchanges for a bigger or smaller size (subject to certain conditions). A credit note will be issued in cases where the desired size is not available in stock.
