To ensure that the order reaches in a good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed logistics companies.
We offer free shipping for all orders within India. For international orders shipped outside India:
Orders under INR 40,000 (approximately USD 540) are subject to a shipping charge of INR 1500 per kg (approximately USD 30).
Orders above INR 40,000 are eligible for free shipping.
After the order is shipped, it typically takes:
Approximately 7-12 days for domestic orders to reach you.
Approximately 12-15 days for international orders to reach you.
If your order includes multiple items, please be aware that they may arrive in separate shipments. While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery times, occasionally, circumstances beyond our control may cause delays. Rest assured, we will keep you informed of any such delays.

For domestic orders, you will receive an email with tracking details and the courier company’s information once your order is dispatched. You can track your package approximately 24 hours after dispatch.
International orders typically take 10-15 working days to ship from our end.
Orders below INR 1600 will incur an additional charge of Rs. 100 if selected for cash on delivery. Cash on delivery is not available for orders below INR 1600.
For international customers, customs duties and duties will be the responsibility of the customer. We cannot estimate these charges before or after placing an order, nor can we guarantee whether a specific order will incur such charges. These determinations are beyond our control.

Orders not collected within 2 working days will be shipped to the shipping address provided.

We will contact you if any portion of your order is canceled or if further information is necessary.
If your credit card has been charged before order cancellation, the charged amount will be refunded to your card account.

Delivery typically takes 7-12 business days, excluding payment verification and administrative processes.
Orders are shipped within 48 hours of payment verification, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Deliveries are trackable and fully insured.
A signature from the customer or addressee is required at the door for package receipt.
If no one is available at the designated location to receive the package, up to two redelivery attempts will be made. The courier company will contact you to schedule a suitable redelivery time.
Once the order is shipped, we will provide you with detailed information, including the courier company’s name and tracking number. It is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with the courier company, and we can assist with tracking the order’s status and location.
Our team processes and packs orders during operating hours, which are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays).
