Products on sale, discounted items, or those purchased with a coupon or gift voucher are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please carefully check the size chart for sale products.
In case you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please inform us within a first day of receiving the order at email@kapasvaas.com and return it to us with your order number. Upon receipt, we will send you a replacement.
Some items are “Made to Order,” and their return and exchange policy is clearly stated on the product page.
Please note that we do not accept exchanges or returns for Sarees, Accessories, Home Decor, and Jewellery categories.
We do not provide refunds/returns on sold products. However, we offer exchanges for a bigger or smaller size (subject to certain conditions). A credit note will be issued in cases where the desired size is not available in stock.
To request an exchange for products not from the sale section and eligible for size exchange, please contact us at email@kapasvaas.com within 2 working days or 48 working hours of delivery.
After confirmation by the KAPASVAAS team, please send the product back to us at your expense. We do not offer reverse pickup services at this time. Ensure you obtain an acknowledgment receipt from the courier person, including the number of products you are dispatching, their signature, and mobile number. KAPASVAAS will not be responsible for lost shipments.
The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and is non-refundable. We recommend using traceable mail services.

Exchange is possible within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Only unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged items with all labels and tags intact, in original packaging, and eligible for exchange will be accepted.
Include your name, address, contact number, email, and order ID on the parcel along with the requested size.
Please note that exchange is allowed once per order.
Size exchange is available, and the customer can choose a bigger or smaller size. The exchanged product’s value will be adjusted for shipping/COD costs.
Store credit will be issued, valid for 30 days from the date of receipt of the store credit, equivalent to the exchanged product’s value minus the shipping/COD cost.
The cost of shipping to and from (reverse pickup and shipping charges) is the customer’s responsibility.
Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation.
You can cancel your Cash on Delivery (COD) order within 24 hours by calling us at +91 99291 82425 or emailing us at email@kapasvaas.com . Please note that the decision regarding the cancellation is final and non-disputable.
In cases where the desired size for exchange is unavailable, a credit note will be emailed to you, valid for 30 days on the KAPASVAAS website. Please use the credit in a single transaction.
You can exchange eligible products within 48 hours of delivery. Some items may not be returnable or exchangeable.
If a product does not fit and you need a different size, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving the product. Our team will assist with size exchanges or offer a credit note for another purchase if the requested size is unavailable.
We strive for seamless transactions and maintain the highest quality standards.
Exchange/return is not accepted if you dislike the material or color of the dress. We recommend reading the product description, examining all pictures, and contacting us for more details before ordering.
Variations in color, finish, and overall look are possible due to manual processes and human involvement in our product creation.
Exchange/return is not accepted if the product has been washed or worn.
Purchases from the SALE section are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
No exchange or return is accepted for Sarees, Accessories, Home Decor, and Jewellery categories.
KAPASVAAS ships worldwide.
For international orders outside India, orders under USD 150 are charged INR 2000 per kg (approx. USD 20) for shipping. Orders above USD 150 are shipped free.
Please note that customs duties and taxes will be charged at the time of delivery based on your delivery address’s actual duties.
International orders are not eligible for returns, cancellations, or exchanges. For tracking, please email us at email@kapasvaas.com .
It takes approximately 10-12 days from the time of shipping for international orders to reach you.
We accept international credit cards for payment of international shipping orders.
