Note: Our products are professionally photographed under controlled lighting, like many other brands. However, colors may appear differently due to factors such as angles of shots, lighting conditions, background hues, and color temperatures. Consequently, prints and colors might vary. Products on sale, discounted items, or those purchased with a coupon or gift voucher are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please carefully check the size chart for sale products.

In case you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please inform us within a first day of receiving the order at email@kapasvaas.com and return it to us with your order number. Upon receipt, we will send you a replacement. Some items are “Made to Order,” and their return and exchange policy is clearly stated on the product page.

We do not provide refunds/returns on sold products. However, we offer exchanges for a bigger or smaller size (subject to certain conditions). A credit note will be issued in cases where the desired size is not available in stock.
